(a) Schedule 2.21 contains a complete list of all trademark rights, trademark applications, trademark registrations, service marks, trade names and brand names, copyright registrations and copyright applications, letters patent, patent applications, logos and licenses (except for licenses not material to the Business) used in the Business including the expiration dates, if any, of each such intellectual property right.
