Common use of Patent Filings Clause in Contracts

Patent Filings. The Party responsible for Prosecution and Maintenance of any Patent Rights as set forth in Section 7.2.2 and Section 7.2.3 will endeavor to obtain patent protection for a Product as it Prosecutes and Maintains its other patents Covering products in development, using counsel of its own choice but reasonably acceptable to the other Party, in such countries as the responsible Party sees fit.

Patent Filings. The Party responsible for Prosecution and Maintenance of any Patent Rights as set forth in Section 7.2.2 and Section 7.2.3 will endeavor to obtain patent protection for a the applicable Product as it Prosecutes and Maintains its other patents Covering products in development, using counsel of its own choice but reasonably acceptable to the other Party, in such countries as the responsible Party sees fit.

The Subject to Section 8.2.2(c), the Party responsible for Prosecution and Maintenance of any Patent Rights as set forth in this Section 7.2.2 and Section 7.2.3 8.2 will endeavor to obtain patent protection for a the Product as it Prosecutes and Maintains its other patents Covering products in development, using counsel of its own choice but reasonably acceptable to the other Party, in such countries as the responsible Party sees fit.. The Party responsible for Prosecution and Maintenance of any Patent Rights as set forth in Section 7.2.2 Sections 6.2.2 and Section 7.2.3 6.2.3 will endeavor to obtain patent protection for a Product Compounds and Licensed Products, if and as applicable, as it Prosecutes and Maintains its other patents Covering products in development, using counsel of its own choice but reasonably acceptable to the other Party, in such countries as the responsible Party sees fit.

The Party responsible for Prosecution and Maintenance of any Patent Rights as set forth in Section 7.2.2 and 9.2.2, Section 7.2.3 9.2.3 or Section 9.2.4 will endeavor to obtain patent protection for a the Product as it Prosecutes and Maintains its other patents Covering products in development, using counsel of its own choice but reasonably acceptable to the other Party, in such countries as the responsible Party sees fit.
