Common use of Patent Costs Clause in Contracts

Patent Costs. (a) Commencing with the Effective Date, Company will reimburse CHOP for all documented attorneys’ fees, expenses, official fees and all other charges incurred on or after the Effective Date incident to the preparation, filing, prosecution, and maintenance of the Patent Rights, within [**] days after Company’s receipt of invoices for such fees, expenses, and charges. Each party shall promptly inform the other as to all matters that come to its attention that may affect the preparation, filing, prosecution, or maintenance of the Patent Rights.
