Patent Assignments. Lead Institution will record assignments of Patent Rights in the names of the Lead Institution and the Other Institution(s) in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and other government patent offices, as applicable, and will provide Other Institution(s) with a copy of each recorded assignment.
Patent Assignments. 3.1 PHAGE hereby agrees to assign and hereby does assign to CARDIO a 50% ownership interest in the itemized patents and patent applications (Patent Rights).
Patent Assignments. Seller shall cause Xxxxxxx-Xxxxx Agribusiness, Inc. to deliver at Closing, executed patent assignments for the assignment of the patents set forth in Section 5.17 of the Company Disclosure Schedule to the Company in a form reasonably satisfactory to Buyer.

To the extent that Future Patent Applications are not already the subject of one or more preexisting assignments perfecting joint title in PHAGE and CARDIO, PHAGE and CARDIO agree that all such Future Patent Applications will be assigned by the respective inventors to PHAGE and CARDIO jointly, with each party having a fifty percent (50%) ownership interest. PHAGE and CARDIO anticipate that these inventors will be under a contractual or employment-based obligation to assign either to PHAGE or to CARDIO. PHAGE and CARDIO agree to compel such inventors to execute any documents that may be necessary to effectuate the joint assignment to PHAGE and CARDIO. Upon such assignment, a jointly assigned Future Patent Application shall be included in the defined Jointly Owned Patent Applications.
Patent Assignments. Concurrently herewith the Company is executing and delivering to the Secured Party the Patent Assignment pursuant to which the Company is assigning to the Secured Party certain Collateral consisting of patents and patent rights, together with the goodwill appurtenant thereto. The provisions of the Patent Assignment are supplemental to the provisions of this Agreement, and nothing contained in the Patent Assignment shall derogate from any of the rights or remedies of the Secured Party hereunder. Nor shall anything contained in the Patent Assignment be deemed to prevent or extend the time of attachment or perfection of any security interest in such Collateral created hereby.
Patent Assignments. A Patent Assignment to Multi-Color in substantially the form of Exhibit I attached hereto.
Patent Assignments. The several Patent Assignments, dated as of the Closing Date or as of the Original Closing Date and amended as of the Closing Date, made by certain Borrowers in favor of the Agent and in form and substance satisfactory to the Banks and the Agent.

The Contractor will execute and deliver to the Company, at the Company’s request, a patent application assignment in the form of Exhibit C for any invention conceived or reduced to practice by the Contractor in connection with performing the Services for which the Company elects to file a patent application. At the Company’s request, the Contractor will promptly record such assignment with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
