Common use of Past Due Payments Clause in Contracts

Past Due Payments. Any amount payable to any party or any of its Representatives under any such agreement, instrument or other document shall be paid on the date therein specified for payment of such amounts. To the extent that all or a portion of such amount is not paid on such date, such amount (or the unpaid portion thereof) shall bear interest at the Stipulated Interest Rate from such date until and through the date that such amount has been paid in full.
