Past Agreements. The parties agree that this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between them and that any and all previous Agreements or practices, Supplementary Agreements, Letters of Intent, Understanding, etc. whenever made and whether or not reduced to writing, are hereby cancelled and that, effective upon the signing of this Agreement, the Company•s obligations respecting conditions of employment, working conditions, employee benefits and wages are limited exclusively to those specifically stated in this Agreement.
Past Agreements. 29.01 The parties agree that this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between them and that all previous agreements, supplementary agreements, letters of intent and understanding, whenever made, and whether or not reduced to writing except where as specifically included in this Agreement, are hereby cancelled and that, effective upon the entire Agreement between them and that all previous agreements, supplementary agreements, letters of intent and understanding, whenever made, and whether or not reduced to writing, are hereby cancelled and that, effective upon the signing of this Agreement, the Company’s obligations respecting conditions of employment, working conditions and employee benefits are limited exclusively to those specifically stated in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties to this Agreement may, from time to time, enter into written and signed letters of understanding to amend, add to, or vary the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
Past Agreements. All prior agreements between the National Parties, including all MOU’s, are no longer in effect. All current local flexibility MOU’s must be ratified with this agreement or renegotiated within 60 days after ratification of the agreement.
Past Agreements. This Agreement will supersede all previous collectively bargained agreements between the parties.
Past Agreements. For those transactions for the sale, lease or purchase by PBMS of copier and facsimile equipment from PBOS which originated prior to the effective date hereof, PBOS agrees to honor its past practices, including but not limited to fleet management agreements agreed upon by PBMS with its customers, with PBMS to the extent they were followed prior to the effective date hereof.
Past Agreements. This Agreement and any prior non-competition, confidentiality, and/or invention agreements that I signed in connection with my employment with you shall constitute a single agreement. In case of conflict between any provision of this Agreement and any provision of any other such agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall control. Past Agreements. 2. 2.1 Other than the internal matter concerning non-dilution to be settled within 15 days and subject to the execution of the Cylink Agreement, the parties agree that all provisions of the investment agreement dated June 30, 1996 shall be annulled and the provisions of this and the Cylink Agreement shall prevail.
Past Agreements. All past agreements of employment, oral or written, between the Company and Executive, shall, as of the IPO Effective Date, terminate and be of no further force or effect. For the avoidance of doubt, it is expressly stated that Executive remains entitled to any deferred wages, salary, bonuses or other cash compensation, any unreimbursed expenses, and any grants of equity or options, to which Executive became entitled under any past employment agreements or as a result of any past service to the Company.

Past Agreements. All existing agreements, written or verbal, between the Parties hereto for the joint use of poles, other than this, are by mutual consent hereby terminated.
