The customer will set up their User ID and Password in the initial enrollment process. If you do, you will be responsible for any transactions in your Accounts when such person uses prevent disclosure of your password. Passwords. The Bank's Internet Banking service is offered through an automated Commercial Enrollment option located on the Bank's webpage. The customer must complete all fields of the enrollment form. The customer will set up their User ID and Password in the initial enrollment process. If the information entered into the enrollment form fields match the Bank's Core System, customer will automatically be enrolled for the service and receive an email from XxXxxxxx Banking Company notifying the customer they may login into Internet Banking using the User ID and Password set up in the enrollment process. If the fields do not match the Bank's Core System, a representative of the Bank will call the customer to confirm the information entered, correct the information in the Core System and resubmit the enrollment form for processing. Joint account holders are encouraged to obtain their own Internet Banking access and enroll separately. Customer's enrolling in Internet Banking may or may not be a primary or secondary on the exact same accounts. Therefore, exclusive confidentiality of the individual User ID and Password is vital to the confidentiality of customer's accounts. Sole use and sole confidentiality of the User ID and Password is the agreed security procedure between you and the Bank.
