Password and Security If you are issued or create any password or other credentials to access the Service or the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered, you agree not to give or make available your password or credentials to any unauthorized individuals, and you agree to be responsible for all actions taken by anyone to whom you have provided such credentials. If you believe that your credentials have been lost or stolen or that someone may attempt to use them to access the Site or Service without your consent, you must inform us at once at the telephone number provided in Section 6 of the General Terms above. See also Section 16 of the General Terms above regarding how the timeliness of your notice impacts your liability for unauthorized transfers.
Password To enable you, and only you, to use the Service, you will be asked to choose a password when you register and are accepted as a customer of the Service. This password is stored in encrypted form by us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Funds Transfer with Customer Assumed Risk customer number and password. No one at JetStream Federal Credit Union has access to your Accounts passwords or user ID's. You are responsible for uses of the Service whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you. Therefore, it is important that you DO NOT SHARE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER OR PASSWORD WITH ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. No one at JetStream Federal Credit Union will know or need to know your password, and JetStream Federal Credit Union employees will never ask for your password. If you wish to make a transfer to an Account of another person, you will be asked to provide a separate code word or phrase (the "Shared Secret") that is known only to you and to the person to whom you are transferring the funds (the "Recipient"). We recommend that you do not use commonly used words, phrases or dates. In order to complete the transfer, the Recipient must provide the Shared Secret and certain other identifying information. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT GIVE THE SHARED SECRET TO ANYONE EXCEPT THE RECIPIENT FOR ANY REASON. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT YOU WILL INSTRUCT THE RECIPIENT NOT TO GIVE THE SHARED SECRET TO ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY REASON. Xxx 0000, Xxxxx Xxxxx, XX 00000 Consumer Liability You agree to notify us AT ONCE if you believe your password has been lost or stolen. Telephoning us promptly is the best way to protect yourself from possible losses. If you never tell us, you could lose all of the money in your account (plus your maximum overdraft line of credit). However, if you tell us within 2 business days, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your password without your permission. If you do NOT tell us within 2 business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your password, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your password without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500. You can see a complete statement of all your funds transfers effected or pending at any time by clicking on the History tab. If your statement shows transfers that you did not make, notify us AT ONCE. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the transfer was posted to your statement, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days, if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods.
User ID and Password You will be assigned a personal User ID and a Password that you will use to obtain access to the Online Banking. You authorize us to follow any instructions entered through the Service using your User ID and Password. Because your User ID and Password can be used to access your Accounts and to access information about these Accounts, you should treat your User ID and Password with the same degree of care and secrecy that you use to protect your ATM security code and other sensitive financial data. We may ask you to change your User ID and Password from time to time for security reasons. You agree not to use any language that is abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or threatening when defining your Password or any other personalization of your Accounts.
Password Security You are responsible for maintaining adequate security and control of any and all User IDs, Passwords, hints, personal identification numbers (PINs), or any other codes that you use to access the Account. Do not discuss, compare, or share information about your account number or password unless you are willing to give them full use of your money. Any loss or compromise of the foregoing information and/or your personal information may result in unauthorized access to your Account by third-parties and the loss or theft of any funds held in your Account and any associated accounts, including your Account. Checks and electronic withdrawals are processed by automated methods, and anyone who obtains your account number or access device could use it to withdraw money from your account, with or without your permission. You are responsible for keeping your email address and telephone number up to date in order to receive any notices or alerts that we may send you. We assume no responsibility for any loss that you may sustain due to compromise of your account login credentials due to no fault of ours and/or your failure to follow or act on any notices or alerts that we may send to you. If you believe your Account information has been compromised, or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your account without your permission, contact us immediately, through Synapse, at xxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx or call at +0(000) 000-0000. You agree to promptly review all Account and transaction records and other Communications that we make available to you and to promptly report any discrepancy to us.
Use of Name and Logo The Trust agrees that it shall furnish to the Manager, prior to any use or distribution thereof, copies of all prospectuses, statements of additional information, proxy statements, reports to stockholders, sales literature, advertisements, and other material prepared for distribution to stockholders of the Trust or to the public, which in any way refer to or describe the Manager or which include any trade names, trademarks or logos of the Manager or of any affiliate of the Manager. The Trust further agrees that it shall not use or distribute any such material if the Manager reasonably objects in writing to such use or distribution within five (5) business days after the date such material is furnished to the Manager. The Manager and/or its affiliates own the names "Sierra", "Composite" and any other names which may be listed from time to time on a Schedule B to be attached hereto that they may develop for use in connection with the Trust, which names may be used by the Trust only with the consent of the Manager and/or its affiliates. The Manager, on behalf of itself and/or its affiliates, consents to the use by the Trust of such names or any other names embodying such names, but only on condition and so long as (i) this Agreement shall remain in full force, (ii) the Fund and the Trust shall fully perform, fulfill and comply with all provisions of this Agreement expressed herein to be performed, fulfilled or complied with by it, and (iii) the Manager is the manager of each Fund of the Trust. No such name shall be used by the Trust at any time or in any place or for any purposes or under any conditions except as provided in this section. The foregoing authorization by the Manager, on behalf of itself and/or its affiliates, to the Trust to use such names as part of a business or name is not exclusive of the right of the Manager and/or its affiliates themselves to use, or to authorize others to use, the same; the Trust acknowledges and agrees that as between the Manager and/or its affiliates and a Fund or the Trust, the Manager and/or its affiliates have the exclusive right so to use, or authorize others to use, such names, and the Trust agrees to take such action as may reasonably be requested by the Manager, on behalf of itself and/or its affiliates, to give full effect to the provisions of this section (including, without limitation, consenting to such use of such names). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Trust agrees that, upon (i) any violation of the provisions of this Agreement by the Trust or (ii) any termination of this Agreement, by either party or otherwise, the Trust will, at the request of the Manager, on behalf of itself and/or its affiliates, made within six months after such violation or termination, use its best efforts to change the name of the Trust so as to eliminate all reference, if any, to such names and will not thereafter transact any business in a name containing such names in any form or combination whatsoever, or designate itself as the same entity as or successor to an entity of such names, or otherwise use such names or any other reference to the Manager and/or its affiliates, except as may be required by law. Such covenants on the part of the Trust shall be binding upon it, its Trustees, officers, shareholders, creditors and all other persons claiming under or through it. The provisions of this section shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Passwords Passwords are an important aspect of computer security. A poorly chosen password may result in unauthorized access and/or exploitation of Placer County’s resources. All users, including contractors and vendors with access to the County’s systems, are responsible for the creation and protection of passwords and additionally any updates to County Password policies must be followed. Users must not use the same password for Placer County accounts and personal accounts. The reliability of passwords for maintaining confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Always assume that someone, in addition to the intended or designated recipient, may read any and all messages and files. Any user suspecting that his/her password may have been compromised must, without delay, report the incident to Placer County IT.
Use of Customer Name Contractor may use County’s name without County’s prior written consent only in Contractor’s customer lists. Any other use of County’s name by Contractor must have the prior written consent of County.
Location Data Apple and its partners, licensees and third party developers may provide certain services through the Apple Software that rely upon location information. To provide and improve these services, where available, Apple and its partners, licensees and third party developers may transmit, collect, maintain, process and use your location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer, and location search queries. The location data and queries collected by Apple are collected in a form that does not personally identify you and may be used by Apple and its partners, licensees and third party developers to provide and improve location-based products and services. By using any location-based services provided by or through the Apple Software, you agree and consent to Apple's and its partners', licensees' and third party developers’ transmission, collection, maintenance, processing and use of your location data and queries to provide and improve such products and services. You may withdraw this consent at any time by going to the Location Services setting in the Apple Software and either turning off the global Location Services setting or turning off the individual location setting of each location-aware application on your computer. The Location Services setting is found in the Security & Privacy pane within System Preferences. When using third party applications or services on your computer that use or provide location data, you are subject to and should review such third party's terms and privacy policy on use of location data by such third party applications or services.
