PASS PRIVILEGES. The District will provide free transportation over its lines during normal hours of operation to full-time employees and pensioners and their spouses and dependent children, provided they properly display their District identification card. Dependent children under the age of five (5) years will not be required to display their identification cards. Dependent children include unmarried children (including legally adopted children) to their nineteenth (19th) birthday, or to their twenty-third (23rd) birthday if they are enrolled full-time at an accredited institution of learning, provided such children are dependent on the employee for their support and maintenance. There will be a ten dollar ($10) fee to replace an employee‟s identification card. In any twelve (12 month period): Dependents will be charged a ten dollar ($10) fee to replace a dependent‟s first identification card. The fee to replace any subsequent dependent‟s identification card shall be twenty dollars ($20). On the third request, and any subsequent requests, the fee to replace the identification card shall be twenty dollars ($20) and there will be a three (3) month waiting period. These fees may be waived by the District upon verifiable proof of the reasonableness of loss or destruction. The District will provide five (5) identification cards for ATU Local 1555 and ten (10) identification cards for SEIU 1021 for representatives designated by name by the Unions authorizing free transportation on the system. Failure to properly display identification or any attempt to misuse this privilege will be cause for refused entry into the system, revocation of privilege and/or disciplinary action. Pass privileges will be revoked when an employee is terminated from the District. Spouse‟s and eligible dependent children‟s pass privileges shall continue upon the retirement of an employee. When an employee who has retired from District services dies:
A. his/her spouse‟s pass privileges shall terminate upon the surviving spouse‟s remarriage;
B. eligible dependent children‟s pass privileges shall terminate five (5) years after the retiree‟s death or upon the expiration of the time periods set forth in this Section, whichever occurs first. If an employee dies as the result of a District job-related accident, the following shall occur:
1. If the employee has been employed by the District for less than five (5) years, the surviving spouse‟s pass privileges shall terminate five

PASS PRIVILEGES. During regular business hours and when open to the general public, Patrons will be admitted to public activities such as open plunge, lap swimming, open play in gyms, strength and conditioning room, cardio area, indoor track and other designated facilities at no additional charge when available. Neither does Pass cover the cost for, nor automatically entitle the Patron to lessons, classes, personalized instruction or coaching, special programs, rentals or drop-in day care.

D. Failure to properly display identification or any attempt to misuse this privilege will be cause for refused entry into the system, revocation of privilege and/or disciplinary action.
E. Pass privileges will be revoked when an employee is terminated from the District.
F. Spouses’ pass privileges terminate upon dissolution of marriage. The employee must notify the District when the marriage is dissolved.
G. Spouse’s and eligible dependent children’s pass privileges shall continue upon the retirement of an employee. When an employee who has retired from District services dies: 1) his/her spouse’s pass privileges shall terminate upon the surviving spouse’s remarriage; 2) eligible dependent children’s pass privileges shall terminate five (5) years after the retiree’s death or upon the expiration of the time periods set forth in this Section, whichever occurs first.

PASS PRIVILEGES. Employees impacted by a RIF who were not offered employment and who desire to seek employment elsewhere shall, upon application, be furnished space available passes to any point desired on the Company system for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days.
PASS PRIVILEGES. To the extent that Atlas is able to negotiate pass privileges with other air carriers or foreign air carriers, it will use its best efforts to obtain pass privileges for Employee at a pass classification that is consistent with Employee's job classification. Such privileges shall be applicable to Employee's family if available.
PASS PRIVILEGES. In order to qualify for any benefits provided in this rule, except as provided in Rule 33.04(A), the pass holder must pay an annual fee of one-hundred dollars ($100) must be paid before utilizing any privileges.
33.01 To qualify for any benefits provided in this rule, except as provided exempted in Rule 33.03 and 33.04(A), the pass holder must pay an annual fee of one-hundred dollars ($100.) Employees with at least twenty-four (24) points of company seniority as per Rule 26.03 will be issued annual passes upon request for the employee and spouse, and payment of the annual fee, subject to the following:
(A) The employee, employee's dependents and personally owned vehicle shall be authorized free transportation on a space-available basis only. See Rule 33.07(A) for vehicle specification. Dependent children shall be eligible for pass privileges to age nineteen (19) years old, except dependent children who remain dependent to the employee due to medical reasons or are attending an accredited university full time up to age twenty-three (23).
(B) The employee's vehicle shall not travel on a pass while the employee is on duty unless the vehicle is accompanying the employee's dependent(s), or the employee has prior approval of the AMHS General Manager. Employees on duty shall not transport other employees’ vehicles on an annual pass.
(C) Two (2) personally owned vehicles may be listed and travel on an annual pass, but only one (1) vehicle may travel at a time.
(D) No pass shall be used for transporting goods for resale or for any purpose other than personal use.
(E) There shall be no excessive transport of a pass-listed vehicle nor joyriding by dependents or the employee. Any contention or confirmation of a violation of this Rule will be made known to IBU at the earliest possible time. Should the IBU-P fail to resolve the matter immediately, Rule 33.08 shall be initiated by the Employer.
PASS PRIVILEGES. While on personal leave, a Pilot and his dependents will not be eligible for pass travel and must return the Company ID prior to taking leave.
PASS PRIVILEGES. While on Medical leave, a Pilot and his dependents will be covered by the Company Pass policy.
