Party of Interest Clause Examples
The "Party of Interest" clause defines who is considered a party with a significant stake or involvement in the agreement or transaction. Typically, this clause identifies individuals or entities such as affiliates, family members, or business partners whose actions or interests may affect the contract. For example, it may specify that transactions involving these related parties require disclosure or special approval.
