Parts Availability. All replacement parts/components required by the ordering agency for repairs of unit(s) shall be provided within five (5) working days during the warranty period. This period may only be extended at the user's option. In the event of failure to provide parts/components within the stipulated time or receipt of user/owner concurrence for extending this time, the bidder shall provide the replacement parts/components at no cost to the user/owner. Training: The Vendor will be responsible for providing a minimum of four (4) hours of service and operator training or as may otherwise be required. Training session format(s), length(s), and location(s) will be mutually agreed to between the seller and purchaser.
Parts Availability. If a Device part is not available at the time you make a Mobile Refresh Request, this may impact the timings stated in clause 7.2.2. We will inform you of the delay and the updated timings to complete your Mobile Refresh Request.

This Parts availability requirement shall survive the term and any termination of this Agreement.
Parts Availability. If parts required for Equipment Maintenance Services are no longer available, Entrust may terminate coverage for some or all of the affected Covered Equipment and will issue Customer a prorated credit for the remaining term of the applicable Order.

Since the continuous operation of the City of Mesa’s equipment is important and sometimes of an emergency nature, the successful bidder must be in a position to render prompt parts support. The availability of normal wear items (filters, belts, hoses, and cutting edges) shall not exceed one (1) working day. The parts inventory shall be of sufficient size and variety to offer a level of availability of 95% of all parts within two (2) working days after the date of City of Mesa order. The successful bidder shall maintain and/or have access to a parts inventory that can meet the City of Mesa’s delivery requirements. Submission of this bid shall constitute a guarantee by the bidder that a complete stock of replacement parts for the specified equipment is available and the bidder is in agreement with this provision.
Parts Availability. HomeSmart from Xcel Energy® reserves the right to restrict specific makes of equipment from eligibility due to non-availability of parts from the manufacturer and the choice of parts to be used shall be at the sole discretion of HomeSmart from Xcel Energy®.

The Authority shall have the right to procure additional spare parts required to maintain system components not generally available on the open market for a period commencing with NTP for this Contract and terminating twenty years after the expiration of the warranty of the last Delivered Rail Car, unless Contractor provides documentation confirming that the requested spare parts are no longer manufactured by Contractor or the OEM. Parts which are no longer manufactured by Contractor or OEM shall be provided as described in the section of this Contract titled TECHNOLOGY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. The additional spare parts list, which includes the number of units and the unit prices, shall be as set forth in the Contract. The additional spare parts will be ordered using Purchase Orders, which shall be issued and funded, separately from this Contract. Each subsequent Purchase Order shall include requirements for dates of delivery of each item ordered that is consistent with the industry standard lead time for production of the item. The Authority may exercise the right described above by providing a written notice to Contractor.
