Parts and Service. If and to the extent that, during the Term, Licensee offers after sales service and spare parts to Customers on the XXX.xxx Site, which shall be at Licensee's sole discretion, Licensee shall, for [*] following expiration or termination of this Agreement, provide comparable after sales service and spare parts to Customers as provided by Licensee immediately prior to such expiration or termination. In no event shall Licensor be responsible for providing after sales service or spare parts to Customers of the XXX.xxx Site.

Proposer shall detail its ability in business days to provide parts and describe its process for timely delivery of any out of stock parts. Club Car maintains a parts inventory of approximately $12M at its Appling, Georgia location and has a 95% fill rate. Club Car Authorized Dealers also stock parts locally. Club Car’s Authorized Dealer Network and Club Car’s Factory Direct Service Technicians provide both parts and routine vehicle services across all areas of North America. Parts will be provided within 5 days of the request with the exception of a parts availability issue. All out of stock parts will be prioritized from our corporate headquarters and updates will be communicated along the way.
Parts and Service. Parts and service will be furnished as necessary to maintain the proper functional operation of the equipment’s hardware listed on this Contract. Customer is responsible for creating back-up copies of all their data and software on a regular basis. The expiration date and price of this Contract is shown on the original invoice.

Parts and Service. AIM shall provide parts and service to OmniCorder with respect to any QWIP Device purchased by OmniCorder from AIM during the term hereof, and any renewal or extension thereof. Any reasonable direct cost and expenses incurred by AIM in connection with the parts and service provided to OmniCorder in connection with such QWIP Device and the software implemented in such QWIP Device shall be borne by OmniCorder unless otherwise agreed to in a separate agreement or purchase order. However, these costs shall not exceed those charged to other AIM customers.

(1) During the term of this technology and license agreement, TSA or its sublicensee may manufacture or have manufactured parts provided that such manufacture does not impair the ability of InVision’s suppliers to provide InVision’s needed parts to perform this Contract as definitized.

Energy Industries sells compressor parts and engines in connection with maintenance service operations. Each branch location and each field technician maintains a small inventory of commonly used natural gas compressor package parts to support routine repairs to natural gas compressor packages covered under maintenance contracts.
