Common use of Partnership Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Partnership Proceedings. All legal details and corporate and other proceedings in connection with the transactions to be consummated at the Closing shall have been taken, all documents and instruments incident to such transactions shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to CrossAmerica and its counsel, and CrossAmerica and its counsel shall have received all counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents as CrossAmerica shall reasonably require.
