Partner Agencies. The Xxxxxx Street Cottages provides all of our community partner agencies (such as DOC, JAIL, Sheriff’s Dept., Police Dept., Hospital, DSHS, Courts, Safe Harbor, Believe in recovery, Discovery Behavior Health, CPS, DOVE House, churches and advocates throughout the community) a place to temporarily house homeless persons in crisis and experiencing homelessness.

Partner Agencies. Urban Sleep Ltd may enter into partnerships with other organisations such as internet suppliers therefore your data will be shared, however before doing this Urban Sleep will enter into a formal data sharing agreement to govern the process and ensure it is lawful.
Partner Agencies. Each agency agrees to promote, provide and/or link customers to the following career services as defined by WIOA. These services are intended to assist individuals to obtain employment. The parties agree to work together to provide a continuum of services that will assist individuals to obtain the education, skills, and credentials they need to become employed in career pathways with opportunities for wage and skill progression.   • APPRENTICESHIP COMMITTEE The central parties agree that within sixty (60) days of the commencement of this agreement, a joint local committee consisting of up to three representatives each will be formed to discuss the feasibility of establishing an apprenticeship program(s). If such a program is deemed feasible, the local parties will determine the terms and conditions of such program(s). The joint local committee will seek the availability of any federal or provincial funds to cover the costs of such programs.

  • Pre-Job Conferences a) The Employer will notify the Union that a project has been awarded to the Employer following the award. Prior to the start of each project, a pre-job conference will be held to determine all site-specific issues as outlined in this Agreement. This conference may be conducted via telephone, through a scheduled meeting or by some other practical means as agreed to by the parties.

  • Procedures of the Joint Committee 1. For the proper implementation of this Agreement, the Joint Committee shall meet at an appropriate level whenever necessary upon request but at least once a year. Either Party may request a meeting be held.

  • Parent-Teacher Conferences A. Unit member shall be available at mutually arranged times during the regular school day to confer with parents regarding learning difficulties, student progress and/or behavioral problems a student may be experiencing. Unit members are encouraged to arrange a meeting or conference with parents before or after the regular school day if both time and place are mutually agreeable.

  • Designated Teacher for Looked After Children 17A) The Academy Trust will in respect of the Academy act in accordance with, and be bound by, all relevant statutory and regulatory provisions and have regard to any guidance and codes of practice issued pursuant to such provisions, as they apply at any time to a maintained school, relating to the designation of a person to manage the teaching and learning programme for children who are looked after by a LA and are registered pupils at the school. For the purpose of this clause, any reference to the governing body of a maintained school in such statutory and regulatory provisions, or in any guidance and code of practice issued pursuant to such provisions, shall be deemed to be references to the Governing Body of the Academy Trust.   • Professional Meetings Employees should be encouraged to and may, with the approval of the supervisor, attend professional meetings, conferences, and activities.
