Partition. Each Member waives any and all rights that it may have to maintain an action for partition of the Company's property.
Partition. The Partners hereby agree that no Partner, nor any successor in interest of any Partner, shall have the right to have any Partnership assets partitioned, or to file a complaint or institute any proceedings of law or equity to have a Partnership asset partitioned, and each Partner, on behalf of itself, its successors and assigns, hereby waives any such rights.
Partition. Each of the Members hereby irrevocably waives, to the extent it may lawfully do so, any right that such Member may have to maintain any action for partition with respect to the Company property.

Following such partition of the Original Note, Borrower and Lender agree that the Original Note shall remain in full force and effect, provided that the outstanding balance of the Original Note shall be reduced by an amount equal to the Exchange Amount.

No Member shall have any right to any specific assets of the Company upon the liquidation of, or any distribution from, the Company.

Partition. Each member agrees that the assets of the Company are not and will not be suitable for partition. Accordingly, each member hereby irrevocably waives (to the fullest extent permitted by law) any and all rights that he may have, or may obtain, to maintain any action for partition of any of the assets of the Company.
Partition. 25.1 Each of the parties hereto waives, during the term of this Agreement, any right to partition of the Property or the Assets or any part thereof and no party shall seek to be entitled to partition of the Property or the Assets whether by way of physical partition, judicial sale or otherwise during the term of this Agreement.
