PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT. Each Party to this Agreement certifies that it intends to, and does, contract with all other Parties who are signatories to this Agreement, and any signatories that may sign this Agreement in the future, pursuant to Article XVI. The withdrawal of any Party to this Agreement shall not affect this Agreement as respects the remaining Parties and those remaining Parties’ intent to be bound by this Agreement.
