The Articles and provisions contained herein constitute a bilateral and binding contract (“Contract”) by and between the Governing Board of the San Xxxx Unified School District (“District”) and the SJTA/CTA/NEA (“Association”). This contract is entered into pursuant to Chapter 10.7, Sections 3540-3549 of the Government Code (“Act”).
