  • Text and Data Mining Authorized Users may use the Licensed Materials to perform and engage in text and/or data mining activities for academic research, scholarship, and other educational purposes and may utilize and share the results of text and/or data mining in their scholarly work and make the results available for use by others, so long as the purpose is not to create a product for use by third parties that would substitute for the Licensed Materials. Licensor will, upon receipt of written request, cooperate with Licensee and Authorized Users as reasonably necessary in making the Licensed Materials available in a manner and form most useful to the Authorized User.   • Disputes between Contracting Parties (1) Disputes between Contracting Parties regarding the interpretation or application of the provisions of this Agreement shall be settled through diplomatic channels.

  • Parties’ Representatives Both Parties shall ensure that throughout the term of this Agreement, a duly appointed Representative is available for communications between the Parties. The Representatives shall have full authority to deal with all day-to-day matters arising under this Agreement. If a Party’s Representative becomes unavailable, the Party shall promptly appoint another Representative. Acts and omissions of Representatives shall be deemed to be acts and omissions of the Party. Owner and CAISO shall be entitled to assume that the Representative of the other Party is at all times acting within the limits of the authority given by the Representative’s Party. Owner’s Representatives and CAISO’s Representatives shall be identified on Schedule J.

  • Contracting Parties The Government customer (Licensee) is the “Ordering Activity”, “defined as an entity authorized to order under GSA contracts as set forth in GSA ORDER 4800.2G ADM, as may be revised from time to time. The Licensee cannot be an individual because any implication of individual licensing triggers the requirements for legal review by Federal Employee unions. Conversely, because of competition rules, the contractor must be defined as a single entity even if the contractor is part of a corporate group.   • Disputes between the Contracting Parties 1. Any dispute between the Contracting Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall, as far as possible, be settled through negotiation.

  • Complaints and Feedback 15.3.1 The primary responsibility for receiving feedback and investigating complaints promptly and thoroughly in respect of the Services will rest with the Provider. The Provider will have procedures in place including but not limited to a complaints framework, which are acceptable to the Department, to gather and act upon feedback and complaints from Learners and/or their representatives and employers and the wider community. The Provider must also keep a log of the complaints received which will be accessible to the Department upon request.
