Parties leaving the Consortium. 9.9.2.1 Access Rights granted to and by a leaving Non-Defaulting Party The obligations contained in this PCA with regards to Access Rights to Results and Background Needed for the Exploitation of a Party’s Results, to be granted to or by a leaving Party as, shall continue in effect until the end of the period of time referred to in Article 9.2.4 calculated as from such effective date of termination of the PCA for such leaving Party. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this PCA, Access Rights granted to and by a leaving Party shall continue after the effective date of termination.
Parties leaving the Consortium. 9.8.2.1 Access Rights granted to and by a leaving Non-Defaulting Party A Party withdrawing from, and terminating this PCA for itself (“leaving Non-Defaulting Party”), shall continue to grant Access Rights pursuant to the GA and this PCA in respect of its Background and Results existing at the time of such termination as stated in this PCA. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this PCA, a leaving Non-Defaulting Party is entitled to request Access Rights for Exploitation of its Results under the terms set forth in this PCA up to one year following termination of such leaving Non-Defaulting Party’s participation in the Action.

Access Rights granted to a Defaulting Party and such party's right to request Access Rights shall cease immediately upon termination of the Defaulting Party’s participation to the Consortium. A non-defaulting party leaving voluntarily and with the other parties' consent shall have Access Rights to the Foreground developed until the date of the termination of its participation. It may request Access Rights up until twelve (12) months after having left the Consortium. Any party leaving the Program shall continue to grant Access Rights pursuant to this Agreement as if it had remained a party for the whole duration of the Program.
Parties leaving the Consortium. 9.9.2.1 Access Rights granted to a leaving Non-Defaulting Party A withdrawing Party shall continue to grant Access Rights pursuant to the GA and this CA in respect of its Background and Results existing at the time of such termination as stated in the present CA. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this CA, a leaving Party is entitled to request Access Rights for Exploitation of its Results under the terms set forth in this CA up to one year following termination of such leaving Party’s participation in the Action.
Parties leaving the Consortium. 9.6.2.1 Access Rights granted to a leaving Non-Defaulting Party The obligations contained in this CA on Access Rights to Results and Background Needed for the Exploitation of a Party’s Results, granted or to be granted by Parties shall apply in respect of a leaving Party up to and until the effective date of the termination of such leaving Party’s participation in this CA shall continue in effect. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this CA, a leaving Party is entitled to request Access Rights for Exploitation of its Results under the terms set forth in this CA up to one year following termination of such leaving Party’s participation in the Action.

Parties leaving the Consortium. 9.9.2.1 Access Rights granted to and by a leaving Non-Defaulting Party A leaving Non-Defaulting Party shall have Access Rights to the Results developed until the date of the termination of its participation. It may request Access Rights within the period of time referred to in Article 9.2.4 (General Principles) calculated as from such effective date of termination of the PCA for such leaving Party. The obligations of the leaving-non defaulting party contained in this PCA with regards to Access Rights to Results and Background Needed for the Implementation of the Action or the Exploitation of a Party’s Results, to be granted by a leaving Party as, shall continue in effect as if it had remained a Party for the whole duration of the Project. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this PCA, Access Rights granted by a leaving Party shall continue after the effective date of termination.
