Parties in Interest; No Third Party Beneficiaries. Subject to Section 23(i), and without relieving any party of any obligation hereunder, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure solely to the benefit of each party hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns. This Agreement is not intended to, and does not, confer upon any Person other than the parties hereto any rights or remedies hereunder.
