This Agreement is for the sole benefit of the Parties and their permitted assigns, and nothing hereinin this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any other Person person or entity any legal rights or equitable benefit, claim, cause of action, remedy or right remedies of any kindnature whatsoever under this Agreement, except as otherwise expressly provided herein.

Parties in Interest; No Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the Parties parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
