AUTHORIZED AGENTS For the purpose of administering the terms and provisions of this Memorandum of Understanding:
Role of the Central Parties and Crown a) The central parties shall each have the following rights:
Authorized Agent Authorized Agent means the individual(s) appointed in writing by the Depositor (or by the beneficiary following the Depositor's death) authorized to perform the duties and responsibilities set forth in the Agreement on behalf of the Depositor. Authorized Sub-processors Customer agrees that MailChimp may engage Sub- processors to process Customer Data on Customer's behalf. The Sub-processors currently engaged by MailChimp and authorized by Customer are listed in Annex A.
Subcontractors and Agents Contractor shall enter into an agreement with any Agent or subcontractor that will have access to Protected Health Information and/or Personally Identifiable Information that is received from, or created or received by, Contractor on behalf of Covered California or in connection with this Agreement, or any of its contracting Plans pursuant to which such Agent or subcontractor agrees to be bound by the same or more stringent restrictions, terms and conditions as those that apply to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement with respect to such Protected Health Information and Personally Identifiable Information.
County of Orange Child Support Enforcement In order to comply with the child support enforcement requirements of the County of Orange, within ten (10) days of notification of selection of award of CONTRACT but prior to official award of CONTRACT, the selected CONTRACTOR agrees to furnish to the CONTRACT MANAGER, the Purchasing Agent, or the agency/department deputy purchasing agent:

City and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.
LOGOS, AND FLAGS The Supplier cannot use the seal(s), logos, crests, or reproductions of flags or likenesses of Federal agency officials without specific pre-approval.
Sub-Processors 8.1. The Data Processor has outlined in the Data Pro Statement whether the Data Processor uses any third parties (sub-processors) to help it process the Personal Data, and if so, which third parties.
