Participation Terms. Terms and conditions in respect of the rights of participation issued by OIKOCREDIT, Ecumenical Development Cooperative Society U.A.
Participation Terms. I understand and agree to adhere to all the guidelines stated herein which have been fully discussed with me and agree to voluntarily sign this contract. I also agree to truthfully report any problems, changes, or concerns that occur during the length of involvement with the program. I further understand that my active participation in the program’s services allows the Case Manager to support my household’s ability to achieve housing stability.
Participation Terms. The Installing Agent Participation Terms (as it is currently titled) and every iteration of “participation terms” as offered to Agent currently do and have historically described how Star2Star sells its Products and Services and how Agent participates in the revenue stream associated with these items, as well as details the processes and procedures Agent should follow when interacting with Star2Star. The Agent Participation Terms, incorporated by reference into these Online Terms and the Agreement, should be read and understood in conjunction with the Agreement and the other incorporated Related Documents. The Related Documents (which include these Online Terms) may be amended or changed at any time and from time to time at Star2Star’s sole and absolute discretion.
Participation Terms. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, each of the Company, the Liquidator and each Participating Creditor, severally and not jointly, agrees to negotiate in good faith the terms and conditions of definitive documentation, including the Restructuring Documents, necessary to implement and effectuate the Restructuring based on, and consistent with, this Agreement and the Proposed Convenio Concursal, which Restructuring Documents shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Company (and indirectly to the Liquidator in his capacity of representative of the Company) and the Majority of Participating Creditors. Unless and until this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 8 hereof, each Participating Creditor shall, severally and not jointly, subject to the terms and conditions hereof:

The Participation Terms and every iteration of "participation terms" as offered to Reseller (as this partner type is currently titled) and to every iteration of Reseller as previously titled (i.e., "Dealer,” "Authorized Dealer,” "Installer,” "Partner,” "Installing Reseller," etc.), currently do and have historically described how Star2Star sells its Products and Services, and how Reseller participates in the revenue stream associated with these items, as well as details the processes and procedures Reseller should follow when interacting with Star2Star. The Participation Terms, incorporated by reference into these Online Terms and the Agreement, should be read and understood in conjunction with the Agreement and the other incorporated Related Documents. The Related Documents (which include these Online Terms) may be amended or changed at any time and from time to time at Star2Star's sole and absolute discretion.
Participation Terms. (a) In respect of the Relevant Debt and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, Grupo Alpha and the Creditors each severally and not jointly agree to negotiate in good faith the remaining terms, conditions and Restructuring Documents necessary to implement and effect the Restructuring based on, and consistent with, the Concurso Mercantil Plan.

Participation Terms. In the event any participation is purchased and sold pursuant to Sections 2.2, 2.3, or 2.5: (i) it shall be purchased and sold based on a price equal to the purchasing Creditor's Proportionate Share of the undiscounted principal held by the selling Creditor; (ii) it shall include in such purchase, in addition to the principal purchased all interest and other entitlements associated therewith; (iii) such participation shall not affect the selling Creditor's obligations under the applicable Lending Agreement; (iv) such selling Creditor shall remain solely responsible to the other parties to such Lending Agreement for the performance of such obligations; and (v) the Company, Guarantors, and all Obligors, if applicable, and the other Creditor parties to such Lending Agreement shall continue to deal solely and directly with such selling Creditor in connection with such selling Creditor's rights and obligations under such Lending Agreement; provided, however, the purchasing participant shall be entitled to vote its proportionate interest under the appropriate Lending Agreement with respect to requiring the relevant Creditor Group to take or omit to take any action under such Lending Agreement and shall be bound by all decisions made under or in connection with the applicable Lending Agreement. The owner of the facility in which a participation is purchased shall issue a Participation Certificate in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto to the party purchasing the participation.

(a) In respect of the Relevant Debt and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, GEO and the Creditor each agree to negotiate in good faith in respect of the remaining terms, conditions and Restructuring Documents necessary to implement and effect the Restructuring based on, and consistent with, the Term Sheet and the Concurso Mercantil Plan.
