Participation Rules. The Participation Rules are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Supplier and its Authorised Users acknowledge that they understand and agree to the Participation Rules. To the extent a supplier does not participate in the Earlytrade Marketplace to bid for early payment of invoices, those Participation Rules relating to the acceleration of invoice payments do not apply.

Participation Rules. WSW's participation rules, as defined in Article 19 of its Articles of Association, applicable to the legal relationship between WSW and its Participants, as possibly amended from time to time.

Organizations must be able to verify their ‘non-profit’ status as requested. - Permits and forms shall be in possession of volunteers serving coffee and refreshments. - Permits are not transferable and may be revoked for noncompliance with state statute, administrative rule, or the terms of the permit. - When there is a need to relinquish a permit, the organization must provide advanced written notice stating their request to cancel. Failure of an organization to dispense refreshments or notify the issuing office of the cancellation with one week notice prior to the date of the permit, may result in a one-year suspension of eligibility for permits. - Some Rest Areas will require a Pre-Check at the safety rest area to review specific facility information prior to finalization of planned volunteer date. Some rest areas will provide a checklist for location specific information. Please confirm with your Region Coordinator. - Any activity is to be carried out solely within the safety rest areas, free from any ramp or surface used for the movement of vehicles. - Participants under the age of eighteen must always have adult supervision. - Harassment or confrontation of WSDOT Staff is grounds for immediate denial and future use of rest areas.

  • Participation Contributor will participate in any Work Groups (defined in the Policy) identified above, and any other Work Groups that it actually participates in or notifies ODIF that it wants to participate in, according to the rules and procedures in the then-current OpenID Process Document (“Process Document”), which is fully incorporated into this Agreement by this reference, and subject to the Policy.

  • Participation Rights (i) At least twenty (20) days prior to any Transfer by any Class A Unitholder (a “Transferring Unitholder”) of any of such Transferring Unitholder’s Class A Common Units for value (other than pursuant to Section 9.2(c)), the Transferring Unitholder will deliver written notice (the “Sale Notice”) to the Company and to the other holders of Units (the “Potential Participating Unitholders”), specifying in reasonable detail the identity of the Proposed Purchaser and the terms and conditions of the Transfer. Each Potential Participating Unitholder may elect to participate in the contemplated Transfer by delivering written notice (a “Tag-Along Notice”) to the Transferring Unitholder within fifteen (15) days after delivery of the Sale Notice. If no Tag-Along Notice is delivered to the Transferring Unitholder within such fifteen (15) day period, none of the Potential Participating Unitholders shall have the right to participate in the Transfer, and the Transferring Unitholder shall have the right for a six (6) month period to transfer to the Proposed Purchaser up to the number of Units stated in the Sale Notice, on terms and conditions no more favorable to the Transferring Unitholder than those stated in the Sale Notice. If any of the Potential Participating Unitholders has validly elected to participate in such Transfer (such Potential Participating Unitholders, the “Participating Unitholders”), each of the Transferring Unitholder and such Participating Unitholders will be entitled to sell in the contemplated Transfer, on the same economic terms (with the price paid for different classes of Units reflecting their respective proportionate share of the Total Equity Value), a number of Primary Common Units equal to the product of (A) the quotient determined by dividing the number of Primary Common Units owned by such person by the aggregate number of Primary Common Units owned by all Unitholders participating in such sale, and (B) the number of Primary Common Units to be sold in the contemplated Transfer. 44

  • Public Participation 79. This Consent Decree shall be lodged with the Court for a period of not less than 30 Days for public notice and comment in accordance with 28 C.F.R. ' 50.7.
