Participation in Training. Nurses may be selected to participate in training and development activities in two ways:
Participation in Training. The CITY shall make every effort to ensure that each SRO receives standard training necessary for his/her effective functioning in a school setting. This includes, at a minimum:
Participation in Training. The Authorizer shall attend all mandatory training seminars whether required in person or by video or telephone. If the Authorizer fails to participate in any mandatory training required by the Board, the Authorizer is subject to a finding of noncompliance and may be subject to revocation of its chartering authority. The Board shall provide notice of all mandatory training seminars within a reasonable time to permit attendance.
Participation in Training. In order to ensure consistent application of Waiver requirements, Written Policies and Procedures and Departmental Decisions, the AE shall attend and participate in the ODP Academy and any other training session determined by the Department as a mandatory training. At a minimum, the AE shall ensure that the management position(s) designated by ODP attend, participate and complete the ODP Academy and training deemed mandatory for attendance by the AE. The Department retains the authority to designate a specific training session as mandatory and designate specific AE functional lead(s) and staff that must attend.
Participation in Training. The ATTORNEY understands and agrees that from time to time he or she may be required to participate in training conducted by OCBA or on behalf of OCBA in furtherance of the performance of services under this Agreement.
Participation in Training. In order to ensure consistent application of Waiver requirements, Written Policies and Procedures and Departmental Decisions, the AE shall attend and participate in the ODP Academy and any other training session determined by the Department as a mandatory training. At a minimum, the AE shall ensure that the management position(s) responsible for compliance with Waiver requirements and this Agreement attend, participate and complete the ODP Academy and any other training session deemed mandatory for attendance by the AE. The MH/MR administrator or non-governmental AE director and the person(s) who report directly to those administrators or directors and are responsible for program management of the Waivers shall attend and participate in the ODP Academy and any other training session deemed mandatory by the Department. Upon submission of this Agreement to the appropriate regional ODP, the AE is required to also submit the names associated with these positions. The AE is required to submit changes in personnel associated with these positions to the appropriate regional ODP at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior to any scheduled ODP Academy or mandatory training sessions. Other AE personnel may attend the Academy sessions. The Department retains the authority to designate a specific training session as mandatory and designate additional specific AE functional lead(s) and staff that must attend. In addition to the required participation by the MH/MR administrator or non- governmental AE director at ODP Academy training sessions or other ODP training deemed mandatory for attendance by the AE, if the AE delegates or purchases administrative functions as referenced in Section 3.1 and Subsection 3.1.1, it shall pursuant to its subcontract or agreement with the entity, ensure that the administrator or director of said entity shall also attend the ODP Academy or mandatory training. The subcontract or agreement must also allow for the Department to designate specific training sessions as mandatory for attendance by the administrator or director of the subcontracted or delegated entity and designate additional specific functional lead(s) and staff of the subcontracted or delegated entity that must attend said trainings.
Participation in Training. RECIPIENT AGENCY will participate in all training for Recipient Agencies sponsored by THIS ORGANIZATION from time to time respecting THIS ORGANIZATION‘S program.
Participation in Training. Provider must participate in SIL-related conferences, meetings, and conference calls as requested by SSCC/SAINT XXXXXXX and DFPS.
Participation in Training. During the Training, Participant shall be required to be engaged, participate, take notes and ask questions of the trainers and staff. Cell phones may not be used by Participant during any part of the in-person Training, except on breaks, and Participant may not record any part of the Training on video or voice recording, or share any of the training materials with any third party.
Participation in Training. The Training may involve the participation of: the Client and the Trainer solely; or the Trainer and multiple individual Clients.
