Common use of Participation in Plans Clause in Contracts

Participation in Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any life, medical, dental, health, hospitalization, travel, accident and/or disability insurance plans and in any sick leave and/or salary continuation plan, vacation (which shall not be less than three (3) weeks per year), holiday pay, retirement or employee benefit plan or program generally offered by the Company to its salaried employees. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to participate in the variable incentive compensation plan and the perquisites described on Schedule A attached hereto.

Participation in Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any life, medical, dental, health, hospitalization, travel, accident and/or disability insurance plans and in any sick leave and/or salary continuation plan, vacation (which shall not be less than three four (34) weeks per calendar year), holiday pay, retirement or employee benefit plan or program generally offered by the Company to its salaried employees. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to participate in the variable incentive compensation plan and the perquisites as described on Schedule A attached hereto.

In addition, Executive shall be entitled to participate in the variable incentive compensation plan and the perquisites described on Schedule A attached hereto.
