Common use of Participation Fees Clause in Contracts

Participation Fees. Fees for this award are 2%. Vendor or vendor assigned dealer agrees to pay TIPS on a monthly scheduled report the participation fee for all Agreement sales to Tips Members utilizing a TIPS awarded contract. Vendor must login to the TIPS database and use the “Submission Report” section to report sales. The Vendor or vendor assigned dealers are responsible for keeping records of all sales that go through the TIPS Agreement.
