Parties found liable shall pay Vendor will ensure that TIPS is named as an Additional Insured on their proportionate share insurance coverages and provide proof of damages as agreed by the parties or as ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction over the casesame. Multiple Vendor Awards TIPS reserves the right to award multiple vendor Agreements for categories when deemed in litigationthe best interest of the TIPS membership. State of Texas Franchise Tax By signature hereon, the bidder hereby certifies that heƒshe he/she is not currently delinquent in the payment of any franchise taxes owed the State of Texas under Chapter 171, Tax Code. Miscellaneous The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that continued participation in TIPS is subject to TIPS sole discretion and that any Vendor may be removed from the participation in the Program at any time with or without cause. Nothing in the Agreement or in any other communication between TIPS and the Vendor may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any orders at any time.
