PARTICIPATING STUDENTS. 5.1 A high school student enrolled in a course offered through a CCAP Agreement shall not be assessed any fee that is prohibited by Education Code Section 49011. Such details of each practicum/internship arrangement shall be documented in writing and made a part of this Agreement.
PARTICIPATING STUDENTS. 3.2.1. Students participating in this Double Degree Bachelor Program will pay regular tuition and registration fees at their home university. During the term of the agreement the host university agrees to waive all tuition fees for incoming dual bachelor degree students visiting under this agreement.

The highest participation occurred in 1990-1991, when 1,314 Washington residents attended college in Oregon, Idaho, and the Province of British Columbia and 1,103 students from these three states/province went to school in Washington. The Washington/Oregon reciprocity agreement affected the largest number of students, with more than 900 Washington residents studying in Oregon and 800 Oregon residents enrolled in Washington institutions.
PARTICIPATING STUDENTS. 5.1. TUHSD shall determine the ability of students to benefit from courses in this Agreement. Criteria shall be based on academic readiness and the alignment of course content to student learning, educational goals, and career goals. Students participating in the program will satisfy appropriate requirements and/or prerequisites required for CCAPP courses.
