Participating County Funding. Subject to all terms and provisions of this Agreement, the Participating County agrees to appropriate and spend cash (hard) matching funds as provided in Exhibits A and B (“Cash (hard) Match”). Subject to all terms and provisions of this Agreement, the Participating County agrees to provide in-kind (soft) match in accordance with Exhibits A and B (“In-kind (soft) Match”). Participating County agrees to expend Cash (hard) Match funds on a schedule that is at least pro-rata with the percentage expenditure of Eligible State Costs.

  • Referred Participating Teacher a. A Referred Participating Teacher is a teacher with permanent status who has been referred to receive assistance to improve his or her instructional skills, classroom management, knowledge of subject, and/or related aspects of his or her teaching performance as a result of an unsatisfactory Summary Evaluation.

  • Participating Teachers A participating Teacher is a unit member who receives assistance and/or coaching to improve instructional skills, classroom management, knowledge of subject, and related aspects of teaching performance. There are two (2) categories of Participating Teachers.

  • EMPLOYER AND UNION SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a Collective Agreement is in effect and with the conditions of employment set out in the Articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check-off. The Employer agrees to provide the name, worksite phone number, and location of the new employee's xxxxxxx in the letter of hiring. Whenever the xxxxxxx is employed in the same work area as the new employee, the employee's immediate supervisor will introduce her to her xxxxxxx. The Employer agrees that a Union xxxxxxx will be given an opportunity to interview each new employee within regular working hours, without loss of pay, for thirty (30) minutes sometime during the first thirty (30) days of employment for the purpose of acquainting the new employee with the benefits and duties of Union membership and the employee's responsibilities and obligations to the Employer and the Union.

  • County Contribution The EMPLOYER shall make the following annual contributions to an eligible employee’s HCSP account beginning in 2009. The EMPLOYER’S annual lump sum contribution shall be made the second paycheck in February of each year in the amount determined by the service threshold as of December 31 of the same calendar year.
