Participating County. Funding for the Project shall be a minimum of percent ( %) of the Total Eligible Project Costs. Participating County. The Parties hereto acknowledge that obtaining the approvals and consents of the Board and/or Finance and the provision of documents to the Board and/or Finance as set forth in this Article I and otherwise herein shall be a responsibility of [the Department and ]the BSCC. The [ Department and the ]BSCC will act as liaisons between the Participating County and the Board and Finance, and on their own behalf and behalf of the Board and Finance, will work with the Participating County to obtain such consents and approvals, and to provide such documents to the Board and Finance, as applicable.
