Partial Prepayments. Each partial prepayment of the Loans (other than Prime Rate Loans) under Section 2.7(a) shall be accompanied by the payment of accrued interest on the principal prepaid to the date of payment and, after payment of such interest, shall be applied, in the absence of instruction by the Borrower, first to the principal of any outstanding Swing Loans, and then to the Lenders in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.2.
