Common use of Partial Prepayments Clause in Contracts

Partial Prepayments. Each partial prepayment of a Borrowing shall be in an amount that would be permitted under Section 2.02(b) for a Borrowing of the same Interest Type, except as needed to apply fully the required amount of a mandatory prepayment. Each partial prepayment of a Borrowing shall be applied ratably to the Loans included in such Borrowing.

Each partial prepayment of a Borrowing shall be in an amount such that the remaining unpaid amount of such Borrowing would be permitted under Section 2.02(b) for a Borrowing of the same Interest Type, except as needed to apply fully the required amount of a mandatory prepayment.
