Common use of Partial Month Clause in Contracts

Partial Month. If the Term of this Lease begins on a day other than the first day of a month, Minimum Rent from such day until the first day of the following month shall be prorated (on the basis of the number of days during the first month within the Term of this Lease) and shall be payable, in advance, on the Rent Commencement Date.
