Common use of Partial Exercise Clause in Contracts

Partial Exercise. In case the registered holder of any Right Certificate shall exercise less than all the Rights evidenced thereby, a new Right Certificate evidencing Rights equivalent to the Rights remaining unexercised shall be issued by the Rights Agent and delivered to the registered holder of such Right Certificate or to his duly authorized assigns, subject to the provisions of Section 14.

Partial Exercise. In case the registered holder of any Right Certificate shall exercise less than all the Rights evidenced thereby, a new Right Certificate evidencing Rights equivalent to the Rights remaining unexercised shall be issued by the Rights Agent and delivered to the registered holder of such Right Certificate or to his or her duly authorized assigns, subject to the provisions of Section 14.

Partial Exercise. In case If the registered holder of any Right Rights Certificate shall exercise exercises less than all the Rights evidenced thereby, then a new Right Rights Certificate evidencing Rights equivalent to the Rights remaining unexercised shall will be issued by the Rights Agent and delivered to or upon the order of the registered holder of such Right Certificate or to his duly authorized assignsRights Certificate, registered in such name as may be designated by such holder, subject to the provisions of Section 14.

In case the registered holder of any Right Rights Certificate shall exercise less than all the Rights evidenced thereby, a new Right Rights Certificate evidencing Rights equivalent to the Rights remaining unexercised shall be issued by the Rights Agent and delivered to to, or upon the order of the registered holder of such Right Certificate Rights Certificate, registered in such name or to his duly authorized assignsnames as may be designated by such holder, subject to the provisions of Section 1414 (Fractional Rights and Fractional Shares).

In case If the registered holder of any Right Rights Certificate shall exercise properly exercises less than all the Rights evidenced thereby, then a new Right Rights Certificate evidencing Rights equivalent to the Rights remaining unexercised shall will be issued by the Rights Agent and delivered to or upon the order of the registered holder of such Right Certificate or to his duly authorized assignsRights Certificate, registered in such name as may be designated by such holder, subject to the provisions of Section 14.
