Common use of Partial Exercise Clause in Contracts

Partial Exercise. Any exercisable portion of the Option or the entire Option, if then wholly exercisable, may be exercised in whole or in part at any time prior to the time when the Option or portion thereof becomes unexercisable under Section 3.3.

Partial Exercise. Any exercisable portion of the an Option or the entire Option, if then wholly exercisable, may be exercised in whole or in part at any time prior to the time when the Option or portion thereof becomes unexercisable under Section 3.33.6; provided, however, that any partial exercise shall be for whole shares of Common Stock only.

Partial Exercise. Any exercisable portion of the Option or the entire Option, if then wholly exercisable, may be exercised in whole or in part at any time prior to the time when the Option or portion thereof becomes unexercisable under Section 3.32.2 hereof; provided, however, that each partial exercise shall be for the whole shares only.

Partial Exercise. Any exercisable portion of the Option or the entire Option, if then wholly exercisable, Options may be exercised in whole or in part at any time prior to the time when the Option or such portion thereof becomes unexercisable under Section 3.33.2; provided, that any partial exercise shall be for whole Membership Units only.
