SCOPE OF SERVICES/CASE HANDLING A. Upon execution by Xxxxxx, Attorneys are retained to provide legal services for the purpose of seeking damages and other relief in the Litigation. Client agrees that Xxxxxx may choose to associate additional law firm(s) and/or lawyer(s) to represent Client in connection with the investigation and prosecution of the rights Client has as a purchaser of publically traded securities of Xxxxxx, and Client understands that such representation shall be on the same terms as those described in this agreement.
Examples of Items/Conditions Not Covered Any gas service lines in excess of 500 feet in length; high pressure gas lines and the high pressure service line which is defined as a natural gas supply line with a pressure rating of 60 psi or greater; natural gas meter including connections; appliances or appliance connectors or burner tips; any gas service line not measuring between ½” and 1 ¼” in diameter; utility meters; any interior gas piping. Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:
STUDENT DIRECTORY INFORMATION Upon enrolling in the Dual Credit program, each Student’s general directory information (defined by the College, pursuant to FERPA, to exclude student addresses) will become part of the College’s student general directory information, and will be subject to the Texas Public Information Act.
Operations Manual The Franchisor agrees to loan to the Franchisee one or more manuals, technical bulletins, cookbooks and recipes and other written materials (collectively referred to as “Operations Manual”) covering Factory Candy ordering, Store Candy manufacturing, processing and stocking and other operating and in-store marketing techniques for the ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY Store. The Franchisee agrees that it shall comply with the Operations Manual as an essential aspect of its obligations under this Agreement, that the Operations Manual shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by reference and failure by the Franchisee to substantially comply with the Operations Manual may be considered by the Franchisor to be a breach of this Agreement.
Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.
Policy Manual The bargaining agent shall be furnished, upon request, a current copy of any official policy of the employer relating to the terms or conditions of employment of employees in the bargaining unit.
Leave of Absence for College Committees An employee whose assigned work schedule would prevent her/him from attending meetings of a college committee to which s/he has been elected or appointed, will be granted a leave of absence from her/his regular duties without loss of pay or other entitlements to attend such meeting(s). Where such leave is granted, the employer will replace the employee as necessary. Costs arising from this provision will not be charged against the program area of the participating employee.
Executive Summary Based on the requirements and qualifications set forth in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, as well as the items listed below, the Trust Advisor has undertaken a limited review of the Special Servicer’s operational activities to service the Specially Serviced Mortgage Loans in accordance with the Servicing Standard. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.
