Part-Time Unit. As the exclusive bargaining agent of all registered and graduate nurses regularly employed for not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week in a nursing capacity at Southampton Care Centre in Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, save and except the Director of Nursing and persons above the rank of Director of Nursing.
Part-Time Unit. As the sole bargaining agent for all registered and graduate nurses regularly employed for not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week in a nursing capacity at The Heritage Nursing Home in Toronto, save and except the Director of Care and persons above the rank of Director of Care.
Part-Time Unit. The Hospital recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 79 , as the exclusive bargaining agent for all of its employees covered by the certificate and decision issued by the Ontario Labour Relations Board dated March 18 , 1994 , regularly employed not more than twenty-four(24 ) hours per week, and students employed during the school vacation period.

The Employer recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 79, as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of The Board of Governors of Bridgepoint Hospital in the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto, regularly employed for not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week as Registered Nurses and Graduate Nurses employed in a nursing capacity, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech/Language Pathologists and Dieticians, save and except, Head Therapists, Co- ordinators Food Services, Nursing Unit Directors, and persons above the rank of Nursing Unit Director, Head Therapist and Co-ordinators Food Services, and persons in the Bargaining Unit for which any trade union held bargaining rights as of February 28, 1994.

The Hospital recognizes the Ontario Nurses’ Association as the exclusive bargaining agent of all its Registered Nurses in the Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton engaged in a nursing capacity regularly employed for less than five (5) tours per week save and except those occupying the positions of Leader Nursing, Clinical Nurse Advisor, Nursing Co-ordinator, Service Co-ordinator, Staff Health Nurse, Clinical Nurse Consultant, and Specialized Nurse Practitioner, students employed during the school vacation periods and persons covered by existing collective agreements.

All hourly teaching faculty employed during the academic year by the Berklee College of Music at its Boston, Massachusetts campus, including the Boston Conservatory at Berklee program, but excluding all other employees, salaried teaching faculty, managerial employees, non-teaching professional employees, President, Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Associate Vice Presidents, Assistant Vice Presidents, Deans, Associate Deans, Assistant Deans, Chairs of Departments, Assistant Chairs of Departments, Executive Directors, Senior Directors, Directors, Associate Directors, Assistant Directors, Academic Administrators, Visiting Professors, Artists in Residence, Endowed Chairs, clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
