Part-Time Service. An employee employed for a school year on a part-time basis may be granted increments in accordance with the following conditions:
Part-Time Service. Unit members who render part-time or hourly rated service shall be entitled to the above insurance benefits on a pro-rated formula based on the average number of hours worked per day.
Part-Time Service. The hiring of part-time faculty to staff classes shall serve the best interests of the students at Southwestern College (SWC). Vesting is rehire rights based on the following:
Part-Time Service if applicable, the salary for part-time service will be prorated for any reduction in FTE.
Part-Time Service. Part-time service shall be credited on the following basis: All schedules of less than 35 hours shall be considered part-time and prorated on the basis of a full-time 35-hour week for credit on the seniority list. All schedules of less than 40 hours shall be considered part-time and prorated on the basis of a full- time 40-hour week for credit on the seniority list.
Part-Time Service. If the Executive elects “part-time” status in accordance with Section 2.2 of the Employment Agreement, the reference to “15%” in Section 2(a)(ii) will thereafter be replaced with a reference to “7.5%.”
Part-Time Service. The Hospital recognizes the Union through the Certificate dated May 4th, 2000, as the exclusive bargaining agent of all employees of St. Mary’s General hospital at Kitchener regularly employed for not more than 24 hours per week and students employed during the school vacation period save and except, professional medical staff, graduate nursing staff, undergraduate nurses, graduate pharmacists, undergraduate pharmacists, graduate dieticians, student dieticians, technical personnel, supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, office staff, student radiology technicians, student medical laboratory technicians and all those persons covered by subsisting collective agreements.
Part-Time Service. The Executive agrees to faithfully, honestly and diligently serve the Company and to devote Executive's part-time attention and best efforts to further the business and interests of the Company during the period of this Agreement, The Executive agrees and undertakes to inform the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) immediately after becoming aware of any matter that may in any way raise a conflict of interest between the Executive and the Company. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Section 1.3 shall degrade from the Executive's obligation to continue observing all of his undertakings under this Agreement in their entirety, including, without limitation, his obligations of confidentiality and non-disclosure.
Part-Time Service. Regular employees who are employed part- time and meet the point eligibility noted in Section 20.4.7.4 may participate in retiree benefit coverage at time of retirement. However, the District shall contribute a proportionate amount of the premium cost for retirees equal to the percentage of the employee’s final work assignment or the percentage contributed by the District for the employee at the date of retirement, whichever is higher.
Part-Time Service. Employees, who render part-time services, are entitled to the leaves listed in this article for the time actually worked on a pro-rated basis.
