Part-Time Regular Employees Clause Examples
The 'Part-Time Regular Employees' clause defines the status and employment terms for employees who work fewer hours than full-time staff but are regularly scheduled on an ongoing basis. Part-Time Regular Employees. District shall maintain, in participation with (tenured) part-time regular faculty, all insurance fringe benefits coverage on the basis applicable to full-time participation in regard to premium payments.
Part-Time Regular Employees. (a) Regular part-time employees may register to work additional casual hours in their own office in positions where they possess the necessary ability, qualifications and experience.
(b) Casual work shall be shared between available regular part-time employees and available casual employees, taking into account operational requirements and relative seniority.
Part-Time Regular Employees. Part-time regular employees shall accumulate seniority on the same basis as full-time regular employees. It is understood that seniority is calculated from the last date of hire. Prior to September 12, 1990, part-time regular employees accumulated seniority on the basis of scheduled hours worked.
Part-Time Regular Employees. A part-time regular employee is entitled to the same sick leave entitlement as a full- time regular employee except that such employee's entitlement is prorated on the basis of her/his scheduled hours of work in that year as a percentage of the annual scheduled hours of work of a full-time regular employee. Coverage applies to scheduled work days only.
Part-Time Regular Employees. Part-time regular employee means a position in which the employee regularly works less than forty (40) hours per week, but not less than twenty (20) hours per week. Part-time regular employees shall receive benefits in direct ratio to hours worked.
Part-Time Regular Employees. The provisions of this Agreement will apply to part-time Regular employees except where specifically excluded or modified. The following article(s) will not apply to part-time Regular employees:
