Part-time Employee Absences. 1. Less than full-time employees may be absent from work, without pay, only with permission from the employee’s supervisor. For reasons other than personal illness, permission must be requested, in writing, no later than 48 hours in advance. In either case the decision of the supervisor is not subject to the grievance procedure.
