Part-Time Educational Leave. A part-time educational leave, without pay, may be granted to an employee who has served the District for three (3) consecutive years upon request of the supervisor and the administrative officer with the approval of the College President (or Vice Chancellor for District Office employees). The following conditions shall be given consideration:
