Common use of Part-Time Benefits Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Benefits. The Employer shall make the following or similar benefits (as mutually agreed between the Employer and the Union) to eligible part time employees who work an average of between twenty-four (24) and thirty-two (32) hours per week for a consecutive three (3) month period: 1.
