Part Commissioning. Part commissioning of the Project shall be accepted by GUVNL subject to the condition that the Minimum Capacity for acceptance of first and subsequent part(s) commissioning shall be 50 MW, without prejudice to the imposition of penalty, in terms of the PPA on the part which is not commissioned. However, the SCOD (Schedule Commercial Operation Date) will not get altered due to part-commissioning. Irrespective of dates of part commissioning or full commissioning, the PPA will remain in force for a period of 25 (twenty-five) years from the SCOD.
Part Commissioning i. Part Commissioning of the Project shall be allowed;
Part Commissioning. In case of Solar PV Projects, Part commissioning of the Project shall be accepted by Procurer subject to the condition that the minimum capacity for acceptance of part commissioning shall be 50 MW or Project capacities, whichever is lower. In case of Projects namely "Makrechha & Banghauli" of 45 MW and "Tikar I & Tikar II" of 30 MW, Plot wise/Block wise part commissioning shall be allowed under these projects without prejudice to the imposition of penalty, in terms of PPA on the part which is not commissioned..However, the SCD will not get altered due to part commissioning, Irrespective of dates of part commissioning or full commissioning, the PPA will remain in force for a period of 25 years from the SCD.
Part Commissioning. In case of Solar PV Projects, Part commissioning of the Project shall be accepted by MPPMCL subject to the condition that the minimum capacity for acceptance of part commissioning shall be 5 MW. The PPA will remain in force for a period of 25 years from the date of acceptance of respective part commissioning of the project.
Part Commissioning. The minimum capacity for acceptance of first part commissioning at one project site shall be as specified in the respective RfS/ PPA document. The HPD shall be allowed to propose Hybrid capacities as per MNRE guidelines. The proposed solar and wind capacities shall be installed by the developer before final commissioning. If any shortfall found in the commissioning of project configuration, such PPA capacities shall be reduced on pro-rata basis.
Part Commissioning. Part Commencement of Supply of Power of the Project shall be accepted by GUVNL subject to the condition that the Minimum Capacity for acceptance of first and subsequent part(s) shall be 50 MW (with the last part being the balance Contracted Capacity), without prejudice to the imposition of penalty, in terms of the PPA on the part which has not yet commenced supply of power. However, the SCSD will not get altered due to part-commencement of supply of power. Irrespective of dates of part or full commencement of supply of power, the PPA will remain in force for the period of 25 years from SCSD.
Part Commissioning. Part commissioning of the Project shall be accepted by the Procurer subject to the following:
Part Commissioning. The SPD shall, subject to the availability of the RUMSL Internal Evacuation Infrastructure and operationalization of Long Term Access for evacuation of power from the Unit in accordance with this Agreement and/or the Implementation Support Agreement, have the right to commission the Unit in parts in the same manner as is set out in this Article 4.4 above, provided that the minimum capacity for acceptance of each part commissioning, except commissioning of the last part capacity of the Unit, shall be at least 50 MW (Part Capacity). It is clarified for the avoidance of doubt that the Unit SCOD shall not be altered on account of commissioning of Part Capacities and shall be without prejudice to the Procurer‟s right under Article 4.5. It is clarified that the SPD shall be permitted to commission any Part Capacity in combination with a subsequent Part Capacity consistent with the final handover timeline committed by RUMSL in relation to the RUMSL Internal Evacuation Infrastructure and the operationalization of Long Term Access for the Unit under this Agreement and/or the Implementation Support Agreement. Upon issuance of the Commissioning Certificate or the Confirmation Certificate, as the case may be, for the initial Part Capacity or any subsequent Part Capacity, the SPD shall offer such power to the Procurer in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Procurer shall purchase the power generated prior to the Unit SCOD at 75% (seventy five percent) of the Applicable Tariff. Without prejudice to the Procurer‟s obligation to purchase the entire power generated from the Unit from the Unit SCOD in terms of Article 8.1, in the event the SPD achieves Unit COD prior to the Unit SCOD, then subject to the availability of the RUMSL Internal Evacuation Infrastructure and operationalization of Long Term Access for evacuation of power from the Unit in accordance with this Agreement and/or the Implementation Support Agreement, the SPD shall offer such power to the Procurer in accordance with this Agreement and the Procurer shall purchase the power generated prior to the Unit SCOD at the Applicable Tariff.
Part Commissioning. The minimum capacity for acceptance of first part commissioning at one project site shall be as per below. The proposed solar and wind capacities shall be installed by the Developer before final commissioning. For the sake of clarity, the project would be declared part commissioned if wind, solar & battery capacity is made operational in the same proportion as required for project commissioned for full capacity.
Part Commissioning. ⮚ Combination A: Part Commissioning of the Project shall be accepted by GUVNL subject to the condition that the minimum capacity for acceptance of first part commissioning shall be 50% of project capacity or 50 MW, whichever is lower, without prejudice to the imposition of penalty, in terms of the PPA on the part which is not commissioned. A project of capacity 100 MW or less can be commissioned in maximum two parts. The projects with capacity more than 100 MW can be commissioned in parts of atleast 50 MW each, with last part could be the balance capacity. However, the SCD will not get altered due to part commissioning. In case of part commissioning of the project, land corresponding to the part capacity being commissioned, shall be required to be demonstrated by the HPD prior to declaration of commissioning of the said part capacity. Irrespective of dates of part commissioning, the PPA will remain in force for a period of 25 years from the SCD or from the date of full commissioning of the Projects, whichever is Earlier. ⮚ Combination B: Part Commissioning of the Project shall be accepted by GUVNL subject to the condition that the minimum capacity for acceptance of first and subsequent part(s) commissioning shall be 50 MW, without prejudice to the imposition of penalty, in terms of the PPA on the part which is not commissioned. However, the SCD will not get altered due to part commissioning. Irrespective of dates of part commissioning or full commissioning, the PPA will remain in force for a period of 25 years from the SCD ⮚ Combination C: Part Commissioning of the Project shall be accepted by GUVNL subject to the condition that the minimum capacity for acceptance of first part commissioning shall be atleast 50 MW, without prejudice to the imposition of penalty, in terms of the PPA on the part which is not commissioned. The Project can further be commissioned in parts of at least 25 MW batch size; with last part could be the balance capacity. However, the SCD will not get altered due to part commissioning. In case of part-commissioning of the project, possession of land in accordance with the provisions of PPA, corresponding to the part capacity being commissioned, shall be required to be demonstrated by the Generator prior to declaration of commissioning of the said part capacity.
