Parks and Recreation Department. A) Subject to B1.03 B), persons whose regular jobs are not in the Parks and Recreation Department bargaining unit, except students working for the Parks and Recreation Department under volunteer programs, shall not work on any jobs which are included in the bargaining unit, except for the purpose of instruction, experimenting, or in emergencies when regular employees are not available.
