Parking Provisions. A. A provision will be made for Officials of Branch 2200 to park on post office property while on official union business.
Parking Provisions. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2.04 of the Lease during the first five (5) years of the term of this Lease, the cost of operating the parking facilities for the Leased Premises and VIA XXXXXX XXXXXXXXX XXXXX 50 will be shared prorata by the tenants of VIA MIZNXX XXXANCIAL PLAZA in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of the Lease. Subsequent to the fifth year of the Lease, the Landlord may at the Landlord's option, continue to collect the cost of operating the parking facilities in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 or the Landlord may elect to exercise the rights of the Landlord set forth in Section 2.04 to operate the parking facilities under a charge for parking system. Landlord shall provide to Tenant during the first five (5) years of the term of the Lease: (a) three (3) parking spaces for each thousand square feet of rental space; and (b) six (6) of the spaces provided for in item (a) above shall be designated "reserved - Mackenzie" and shall be exclusively for the use of the Tenant or its designees. It is further agreed that if a charge for parking system is adopted by the Landlord, as set forth in Section 2.04 of the Lease, then the Tenant shall pay a charge for parking not greater than the minimum charge imposed by Landlord upon any other Tenant within VIA MIZNXX XXXANCIAL PLAZA.
Parking Provisions. The following will apply both prior to Closing and, if Closing occurs, after Closing and will expressly survive the Closing contemplated by this Agreement (but not survive any earlier termination hereof):
Parking Provisions. If transportation is not being provided, Purchaser shall provide at no expense to Artist, overnight parking spaces and 2 (two) x continuous power supplies for 2 (two) full size tour / sleeper busses in close proximity and with direct access to the stage.
Parking Provisions. The Employer and the Union will continue ongoing discussions regarding parking with a view to solving this by the end of the Agreement.
