Parking Privileges. The Board shall issue seven permits to the Union for parking in lots adjacent to or near the School Board Administration Building.
Parking Privileges. The Hospital agrees to provide pro-rated refunds to employees on vacation or other authorized leaves of thirty (30) consecutive days or more provided that the employee makes application in writing to the Hospital. Employees who exercise this right will continue to enjoy parking privileges in the same parking area designated for their use upon their return to work. Employees who are on vacation or authorized leaves of absence of less than thirty (30) consecutive days, may assign their parking pass and parking privilege during the period of their absence to another employee with whom they usually commute provided that the employee makes application in writing to the Hospital at least two weeks in advance.
Parking Privileges. Any Resident who parks a vehicle on the Premises will receive an official "Parking Permit". There is a one-time yearly charge of $0.00 payable to Buchtel Place Townhomes Homeowner's Association (hereinafter known as “Homeowner’s Association”. The Parking Permit must be placed in the driver’s side rear window at all times. Resident agrees to use the areas designated as parking spaces, or reserved for vehicular parking, on the Premises only for the parking of motor vehicles including autos, motorcycles, and pickup trucks but excluding trailers of any kind, mobile homes, campers, buses or trucks larger than a three-quarter ton. Additional vehicles beyond the ones permitted, any vehicle without the required Parking Permit or not displayed properly, vehicles parked illegally (Head in Parking Only), vehicles parked in fire lanes, vehicles considered inoperable or abandoned (tags expired, no mirrors, broken windows, etc.) are subject to citation and towing at the owner’s risk and expense. A limited number of visitor parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Resident understands and acknowledges that it is their responsibility to advise any of their invitees / guests the proper manner for parking their vehicles, and Resident agrees to determine in each case that they have complied therewith. Resident further agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord harmless for any claims by the Resident's invitees for the towing of their violation of these rules. Resident shall NOT park in the visitor parking area, even if they have a parking pass. If a vehicle has been towed, Resident and / or guest(s) will need to contact the towing company displayed on the sign at the entrance of the Premises. Ownership, Management, and the Homeowner’s Association shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any towing cost, damage, or loss to any motor vehicle or its contents. Resident and their invitees / guests are advised to obtain appropriate vehicular insurance coverage. Any Parking Permits lost will cost $50.00 to replace.
Parking Privileges. Commencing on the Commencement Date and continuing throughout the Term, Landlord shall provide to Tenant monthly parking privileges in the Garage underneath the Building (the “Garage”), based upon a ratio of one (1) parking pass for each 1,000 rentable square feet of the Premises, for the parking of passenger vehicles in unreserved (except as set forth herein) stalls in the Garage by Tenant’s employees and employees of permitted assignees and subtenants in the Building, at 000 Xxxxxxxx, 00 Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx and any other building owned by Landlord or its affiliates in the Xxxxxxx Square area of Cambridge, Massachusetts (“Eligible Holders”). In connection with the foregoing, it is understood and agreed that Landlord and/or Landlord’s affiliates shall have the right to relocate the parking privileges granted to Tenant under other leases in the Development Area to the Garage, so long as the Parking Experience Standard (as hereinafter defined) is maintained both before and after such relocation. The parking experience of Eligible Holders shall be reasonably consistent with the parking experience then being provided in other garages in the Development Area (the “Parking Experience Standard”). Without limitation, the Parking Experience Standard shall ensure that Eligible Holders will not be subject to unreasonable wait times to drop off or pick up their vehicle, if applicable, or to enter or exit the Garage. Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything herein to the contrary, Xxxxxx’s parking privileges and the Parking Experience Standard shall be subject to all conditions and controls imposed by the Parking and Transportation Demand Management Plan of the City of Cambridge (the “PTDM Plan”). Upon issuance of the PTDM Plan, Landlord shall deliver a copy of the same to Tenant. Landlord shall comply with the conditions and controls of the PTDM Plan, and compliance with the PTDM Plan shall in no way constitute a failure of Landlord to satisfy its obligations under this Article X. Tenant shall comply with the conditions and controls of the PTDM Plan applicable to parking users of the Garage. Subject to the provisions of this Section 10.1, and except to the extent required to comply with any applicable laws, Tenant shall have exclusive use of all parking privileges in the Garage as long as (i) Tenant leases all of the Office Portion of the Building (and any portions of the Premises subject to one or more subleases consented to by Landlord or permitted...
Parking Privileges. The Hospital agrees to provide pro-rated refunds to employees on vacation and authorized leaves in accordance with the Hospital’s Corporate Parking Policy. The Hospital shall provide two (2) corporate parking passes to the Local Union Executive at the Employee rate. The Union shall identify to the Hospital the designated Union Executive representatives who shall be in receipt of the two (2) corporate passes. The Hospital will bill the Union on a monthly basis and the Union will reimburse the Hospital within thirty (30) days of being billed.
Parking Privileges. During the term of this Agreement the Employer will maintain three (3) parking spaces at the downtown facility for bargaining unit employees. Parking at the airports will continue to be provided as is current practice i.e. that parking will be provided. (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”) PARTY OF THE FIRST PART AND CANADIAN OFFICE AND PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES’ UNION, LOCAL 378 (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”) PARTY OF THE SECOND PART RE: RENTAL SALES AGENT INCENTIVE PROGRAM With respect to the above cited subject matter, the Employer and the Union do hereby expressly and mutually agree as follows:

Landlord shall provide to Tenant monthly parking privileges in the Prudential Center Garage (the “Garage”) for four (4) passenger automobiles for the parking of motor vehicles in unreserved stalls in the Garage by Tenant’s employees commencing on the Commencement Date. In the event that the Rentable Floor Area of the Premises decreases at any time during the Lease Term, the number of parking privileges provided to Tenant hereunder shall be reduced proportionately.
Parking Privileges. Lessee is authorized to take up to a maximum of ten (10) parking permits. Lessee must take a minimum of seven (7) parking permits. See Article 31.
Parking Privileges. Tenant shall have the right, but not the obligation, from time to time throughout the Term of this Lease, to lease from Landlord up to one hundred six (106) Unreserved Parking Privileges (defined below). Subject to availability (as reasonably determined by Landlord), Tenant shall have the right to lease from Landlord up to twenty-one (21) additional Unreserved Parking Privileges, which additional Unreserved Parking Privileges shall be at Landlord's prevailing rate. To the extent Tenant is leasing more than eighty-five (85) Unreserved Parking Privileges, Landlord has the right to designate the locations of such Unreserved Parking Privileges in excess of eighty-five (85) Unreserved Parking Privileges. Subject to availability (as determined by Landlord), Tenant shall have the right to convert (on a one-to-one basis) the lease of up to fifteen (15) of Tenant's allocated one hundred six (106) Unreserved Parking Privileges to Reserved Parking Privileges (defined below), which Reserved Parking Privileges shall be in locations reasonably designated by Landlord. Tenant shall pay, as Additional Rent, on the first day of each calendar month during the Term, (i) Eighty Dollars ($80.00) per Reserved Parking Privilege per month, (ii) for the one hundred six (106) allocated Unreserved Parking Privileges, no charge for months 1-36 of the Initial Term and Thirty-Five Dollars ($35.00) per Unreserved Parking Privilege per month for months 37-60 of the Initial Term and (iii) Landlord's prevailing rate for the additional twenty-one (21) additional Unreserved Parking Privileges (if any).
