Parking Permit. The Employer will provide members the option to purchase an on campus parking permit. The charge for this permit shall be $58.00 per year, which may be paid via payroll deduction.

Parking Permit. Employees who park their vehicle(s) on campus must register their vehicle(s) with CMU Police and display a valid parking permit. Permits are issued annually and may be purchased pre-tax through payroll deduction, provided the registration process is completed by the deadline posted by CMU Police. The annual cost of a parking permit is not to exceed $200 for the life of this Agreement.

Parking Permit. One parking permit is provided for each apartment. Any vehicle parked on this property without a permit hung behind the rearview mirror and in clear view from outside the vehicle, or any vehicle with or without a valid parking permit which is parked in an area other than a designated parking space, or any vehicle with or without a valid parking permit in an ingress/egress area for vehicle, or parked in a fire lane, shall be subject to an illegal parking fee of $20.00 for each time ticketed by Lessor and/or subject to towing. Resident shall assume full responsibility for all the costs associated with the towing or a Resident’s vehicle, which is illegally parked. Resident shall assume the same responsibility for all the costs associated with the towing of a Resident’s vehicle, which is illegally parked. Resident shall assume the same responsibility for his or her visitor’s vehicles. In addition, a REPLACEMENT FEE of $10.00 shall be charged for a lost parking permit. At the end of the lease all unpaid charges set forth herein shall be deducted from the entire security deposit. No further notice by Lessor to Resident is necessary to deduct said charges from the security deposit.
Parking Permit. All authorized vehicles must have a parking permit issued by the lessor. The parking permit must be placed prominently on the windshield. Otherwise, the vehicle may be towed at the owner's expense without any further notice.

No refunds or credits will be made by QPI to User for lost parking permits (or access cards). [FOR 2033 K ONLY: In addition, QPI will issue User a hang tag; same is also the property of QPI and is non-transferable. User must clearly display the hangtag through the front windshield of the vehicle at all times while parked in the garage]. In the event the User loses or fails to use the access card [for 2033 K: or fails to display the current month's hang tag clearly through the front windshield at all times when on the garage premises], the prevailing daily rate may be charged, and there will be no refunds. User agrees not to leave the access card inside the vehicle while the vehicle is not in use. QPI shall not be liable hereunder for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, User's inability to enter or exit the garage and/or damages and/or losses to User's vehicle and or any personal property while using the garage during operating or non-operating hours. A lost or stolen [2033 K: hand tag and/or] access card must be reported immediately to QPI. Replacement of lost or stolen access cards shall result in a non-refundable replacement charge equal to the greater of $25.00 and the then applicable replacement charge. QPI reserves the right to modify the form of the parking permit from time to time in the future. User shall comply at all times with any and all applicable laws. At the termination of this Agreement, User shall return the access card to QPI. If User fails to do so, QPI shall bill User, and User shall pay QPI a fee of Twenty-Five ($25.00) Dollars to replace the access card (this last sentence shall survive the termination of this Agreement).
