Parking Fees. Annual Parking Permits The college shall make annual parking permits available to employees at discounted rates through pre-tax payroll deduction. Employees shall be able to discontinue the purchase of his/her annual pass at the conclusion of each quarter or upon the end of his/her employment with the College. Permits purchased mid- year will be prorated as a portion of the annual rate. Annual permit rates shall be set in relationship to the corresponding quarterly permit rate.
