Parking Expenses. When employees are driving their own vehicles for the purpose of jobsite reporting and no free public parking is available, parking expenses will be reimbursed by the Employer upon presentation of bona fide receipts. Employees must be prudent in selecting the least expensive parking facility within five (5) blocks of the jobsite. When toll expenses are incurred while reporting directly to the jobsite they shall be paid by the Employer. All parking and bridge tolls are to be paid by the Employer. Receipts for parking must be turned in to the Employer for reimbursement on a weekly basis. “FasTrak” users will be reimbursed upon showing of receipts on a monthly basis. All reimbursements for parking are to be paid weekly and in full at time of lay-off or termination. Whenever possible, the employees are encouraged to car pool to the jobsite.
Parking Expenses. 38.01 The Employer will provide free parking, within walking distance, to employees in parking areas designated by the Employer. In areas where only individuals can obtain parking permits or receipts, arrangements will be made to cover expense of the parking between the employee and Employer.

Parking Expenses a) Employees will be reimbursed for parking expenses incurred while conducting the Employer’s business.
Parking Expenses. The District shall provide a monthly parking pass during working months to any CTU bargaining unit member involuntarily assigned to the Lakeside Administration Building as their primary assignment. Bargaining unit members who are reassigned to the Administration Building on an emergency basis will be reimbursed for parking expenses incurred while assigned to the Administration Building if no discipline results. Rationale: Move 1st sentence to Article 30, Section 11 and the 2nd sentence to Article 18, Section 2 (K).
Parking Expenses. Where the Employer requires the employee to use their personal vehicle, parking costs will be reimbursed. Office Cleaning Employees shall not be required to provide office cleaning. Cell Phones Where an employee is required to use their personal cell phone, the Employer will pay the receipted costs of those phone calls.
Parking Expenses. Reimbursement for job site parking will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to preapproval by VPRA. To be considered for parking reimbursement, Consultant must be using the vehicle for a legitimate business purpose under the Contract and be able to demonstrate that free parking does not exist within three (3) blocks of the job site. Consultant shall also use the most efficient and cost-effective available parking. Receipts for parking must be submitted with Consultant’s monthly invoicing to VPRA and be retained in accordance with the Contract requirements. Parking charges unaccompanied by a receipt will be denied regardless of the amount at issue. Additionally, under no circumstance will parking violations and toll related charges be reimbursed.
Parking Expenses. The Employer shall continue to reimburse Employees for parking expenses incurred during the course of their work assignments in accordance with the Employer’s policy, as may be changed from time to time. The Employer shall negotiate with the Union for any material changes.
